Yeovil boss Gary Johnson described his side's display in a goalless draw at Bournemouth on Saturday as "a super performance".
The Glovers eased their relegation concerns by moving up to 15th place after being forced to deal with a barrage of efforts from the Cherries, which were thwarted by the visitors' on-loan Chelsea goalkeeper Sam Walker.
Johnson said: "That was a shift. We're very pleased with the workrate - that was the main thing coming down here.
"When a team is already on 49 points and safe, they can throw a little bit of caution to the wind. And they're a good footballing side, Bournemouth.
"That was a super performance by our boys on the pitch and our fans off the pitch. I thought they were great as well.
"We hung on in their and had our two or three chances, and when they had their chance, our goalkeeper was up to the task. He's come good and looked like that Premier goalkeeper he's going to be."
