Sheffield Wednesday will mark their return to the npower Championship with a visit to Derby on August 18.

The Owls, who pipped city rivals Sheffield United to the second automatic spot in League One last season, then get their home campaign under way with games against Birmingham and Millwall.

They face back-to-back home Yorkshire derbies against Hull and Leeds on October 6 and 20 respectively, with the return games on January 16 and April 13.

Their South Yorkshire derbies against Barnsley are on December 15 at Oakwell and March 30 at Hillsborough, with the season coming to an end at home to Middlesbrough on May 4.
