With uncertainty over which division the newco will be playing in next season, The Rangers, Dunfermline or Dundee will occupy the Club 12 slot.
Charles Green, who took control at Ibrox last week, is attempting to secure top-flight status for The Rangers but the outcome will not be known until the other SPL clubs vote on the matter.
After the trip to Rugby Park on August 4, Club 12 will entertain St Mirren before travelling to Tannadice to face Dundee United on August 18.
A home match against SPL new-boys Ross County is next up before they hit the road again to face Hearts on September 2.
Should The Rangers be given the nod to retain top-flight status, their first derby match of the season is against Celtic at Parkhead on September 22.
Over the festive period, Club 12 entertain Celtic on Boxing Day before seeing the old year out with a home match against Aberdeen on December 29.
A trip to St Johnstone kicks off 2013 while the final game before the end-of-season split sees them return to Kilmarnock on Saturday, April 6.
