Michael Laudrup begins his reign as Swansea boss with an opening-day away clash against QPR.
Laudrup has taken charge of the Swans after Brendan Rodgers' departure and his side host West Ham in their second fixture of the new season before another home clash against Sunderland to start September.
Champions Manchester City welcome the Welsh side to the Etihad on October 27 and they face a tough November as there are games against Chelsea, Newcastle and Liverpool.
Boxing Day will see the Swans travel to Reading and they end 2012 with another away clash against Fulham, while Aston Villa visit the Liberty Stadium on New Year's Day.
The final few weeks of the season could prove tough as Chelsea come to town in the last week of April, while Manchester City then visit Wales at the start of May.
There will be daunting trip to Old Trafford in the penultimate weekend and a home clash with Fulham will close the season.
