Adlene Guedioura considers Nottingham Forest to be his future, with it his intention to help the club to Championship survival and earn a permanent stay.
The Algerian midfielder linked up with the Reds in January after completing a loan switch from Wolves.
Having been frozen out of the first-team picture at Molineux, the 26-year-old is relishing the opportunity to take in regular football at the City Ground.
His all-action displays have helped to make him a firm favourite with the Forest faithful and all concerned are hoping their bond will not be broken.
Guedioura admits he would welcome the opportunity to join the Reds full-time, with his passion for football having been rekindled on Trentside.
He said: "Wolves is in the past and I'm only looking forward with Forest. Everyone here - the staff, gaffer, players and fans - have been really good to me and taken to me so quickly.
"They have been true after saying I would play regularly. They have made me feel welcome. It's easy to fit in."
