Crawley will be without suspended duo Pablo Mills and Claude Davis for their trip to Burton.

The pair were shown red cards during the post-match brawl against Bradford on Tuesday. Captain Mills has been banned for three games while Davis has been hit with a four-game ban.

Manager Steve Evans has to shuffle his squad to replace Mills in the centre of the defence while Scott Shearer will challenge Michel Kuipers for the goalkeeper's jersey.

Full-back Lloyd James is a doubt for the game as he continues to struggle with a rib injury that has seen him sit out the last three games. Midfielder David Hunt remains sidelined with a foot injury.

Burton have been dealt a blow with the news that loan signing Lee Lucas will not play again this season.

Lucas has a stress fracture in his back. The teenage midfielder joined Albion in January but has been blighted by injuries since an impressive debut in the 1-1 home draw with Oxford at the end of that month.

The 19-year-old initially suffered a hamstring problem and returned to parent club Swansea for treatment. He linked up with Burton again two weeks ago only for the back injury to flare up before he could make his second appearance for the Brewers.

Joint-leading scorer Calvin Zola is due to see a chiropractor as he seeks a cure for the hamstring and back problems that have restricted him to only two appearances in eight games.

Captain John McGrath is set to see a specialist to discover the extent of the foot problem that has seen him miss six matches after X-rays proved inconclusive.

Defenders Tony James and Patrick Ada and midfielders Lionel Ainsworth, Cleveland Taylor and Seanan Clucas are options for caretaker boss Gary Rowett should he wish to make any changes.
