Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri has warned his players they will need to play the perfect game if they are to beat Siena in the Coppa Italia.
Mazzarri's side go into the encounter at the San Paolo stadium needing to overturn a 2-1 first-leg deficit if they are to reach the final.
"We must do the possible and the impossible to advance," Mazzarri said.
"This game is very important to us and we will need the fans' support to help us succeed.
"It will be hard to beat a Siena side that will try to stop us but we will have to play a perfect game to come out triumphant."
Napoli, who were eliminated from the Champions League at the hands of Chelsea last week, go into the encounter on the back of Sunday's 2-2 league draw at Udinese.
The result left the Naples outfit in fourth place in Serie A, one place and one point behind Lazio, who hold the last Champions League qualifying spot.
Siena coach Giuseppe Sannino knows his side can expect a tough test despite carrying an advantage into the second leg.
However, he is confident his side can limit Napoli and reach the club's first ever Coppa final.
"We are going there to play our game and try to continue our great adventure in this competition," he said.
"We are ready to play in a stadium in front of 50,000 Napoli fans. We are aware that we have already made life difficult for Napoli this year."
Siena held Napoli to a 1-1 draw in Serie A back in January. The Tuscan outfit saw their three-match winning run come to an end in Sunday's 2-0 loss to Novara.
The loss saw Siena drop to 16th place.
The visitors are without captain Emanuele Calaio, who is out for the rest of the season with a fractured fibula.
Calaio is Siena's top scorer with 11 goals. Erjon Bogdani is set to partner Pablo Gonzalez in Siena's attack.
Mazzarri will have all of his players available with the exception of injured midfielder Marco Donadel.
